What a couple of weeks we've had here in Florida! I HATE hurricane season!!! I took my Cambridge to the hotel and actually lost 2 lbs! While all my fellow Floridians were scarfing down their stash of "hurricane snacks", I brought my little blender and saved some money AND lost weight! Whoohoo!!

I hope you are all doing well. Summer is winding down and we all know Fall and Winter are on their way. Let's make the most of the warm weather we have left and get outside, be active, get some sunshine, and get positive about making some progress!
