I'm happy to hear that you are doing well Sonali. As far as taking your shakes on the cruise, I have had many clients over the years that took frequent cruises and they made their Cambridge work for them. Most even still managed to lose a little. I think the trick is to eat just one meal a day of cruise food and use your Cambridge otherwise. It keeps your appetite calmed down and as long as you don't go overboard (pun..sorry!) on carbs like sweets and breads or other grains you should be fine. Avoid them altogether if you can. There is lots of delicious foods in the proteins, fats, and above ground veggies to enjoy. Alcohol is another decision to make. If you are in ketosis it can hit pretty hard so beware of that. It also is a toxic load on your liver that you are currently cleaning out of fat and glycogen (sugar) which lowers insulin, your fat storing hormone, so just take all things in to consideration when making your choices. Whatever you choose to do, enjoy and know that you can get back to it when you return. So you will be visiting the Bahamas? What part?
