It REALLY has been challenging for me. But, as far as I see it, what is my alternative?

Losing this weight and trying to stay healthy for me AND my incapacitated husband is my goal. If something happens to me, there will be no advocate for him in this corrupt healthcare system. I say that with the most humility despite being a physician myself. The healthcare "system" is no longer concerned about our welfare but rather about how much money they can derive from sick people——and that is very sobering and disappointing!!

I digress. Just keep going, Ann. Obesity is unhealthy and we are in this for the fight of our lives, literally. Cambridge (for as long as it exists) will get us across the finish line.
