Hello everyone! Well, I had a whirlwind of a holiday week.

Birthday celebration was great. Hawaii was warm and pleasant.

Thanksgiving was fun surrounded by friends and family and yes I did stuff myself with stuffing both Thursday and Friday LOL

I have some bad news that has had me on edge. My American bulldog, Martha passed away. She was 10 yrs old. She was my walking buddy and a good companion. I am heartbroken but I know she's now resting and in a better place.

I weighted myself this morning and I somehow managed to loose 2 lbs. (thought i gained at least 5!) so I'll take it.

I leave in 10 days to Mexico City. I have a holiday party this weekend and I plan to have my last shake before I go... that is the plan.
