Hi Barbara. Sorry I didn't answer before now. we've got a lot going on at the moment and I haven't been able to get on the board. There is basically only Tomato Soup left on the site now. everything else is gone. I have not tried the Dr Howard plan yet as she never sent me the samples. You may want to contact her yourself and see if she would be willing to send you samples. I don't know if that is a possibility.
