Well, I was not perfect, but I did loose 2 lbs. so I'll take it. I have been more on the down side these days since my dog passed away. Haven't done my daily (evening)walks as I would walk her.

Anyway, I leave on my trip tonight. Catching a red eye to MX.

Will be back on the 18th and plan to SS until Xmas.
