Yeah, weekends are difficult for me. My husband works on Saturday mornings and then he goes out to lunch and hobby pursuit with some of his friends. Too often I've used that time to eat what my head wanted not what my body needed.
To keep me on track, I'm making a list of things to get done tomorrow. Also, I bought a couple of sugar free Splenda sweetened flavored syrups to add to shakes and hot coffee.
I'd love to learn about how everyone else stays on track on the weekends. Have a great one!
