I'm using mostly ready to drink shakes. My two favorites are one from Premier Protein (caramel) and Atkins ready to drink in dark chocolate. These are quick and easy for me. If I want to change it up I add flavors then whip it to add air and it gets really creamy and fills me up. These are available in many grocery stores and Walmart.

I also use some of the Wonderslim products. Mostly powder in individual packets. They make the usual items such as soups, shakes, puddings, bars, snacks etc. I order online.
