Even though it's like me whistling in the dark or being in a desert looking for an oasis, this challenge is character building.
I figure it's time to let this "shelter-at-home" restriction work for us.
This is my daily journal and I will try to post each day during this challenge (good and bad):
10 miles - stationary bike
12 minutes - "Super Stomachs" with Joannie Greggains
and the 4-minute workout
Yesterday afternoon: I couldn't let Sonali beat me so I walked about 10,000 steps, thanks to my Fitbit.
Let's keep going, people!!!
