It was a very busy, busy day. I finished at about 6 p.m. I FaceTimed by sweetie who is hanging in there at the rehab facility with his private duty aide, Coleen. I don't know what I would do without her being there to let me see my husband through the magic of FaceTime and WhatsApp!
Anyway, I was pooped. But, I dragged myself upstairs and did 34 minutes on the stationary bike before making dinner.

On to tomorrow (God willing). I learned my lesson——Do the exercises IN THE MORNING!!
