My eating was a mess yesterday. But, hey!! I'm only human. Will that slip up deter me? I think not. Just because you trip going down the stairs doesn't mean that you have to throw your whole body down the rest of the stairway. Don't let a lapse turn into a relapse and end in a collapse.

It's a bit windy today and very cold here in New Jersey, but I still PLAN to walk. We'll see.
