Well, here we are, another celebratory day.
In my lifetime, I have personally delivered 5,542 babies and have overseen over 12,000 deliveries. So, I have been responsible for making a lot of women mothers.
In so doing, I have also found that so many mothers become obese after they have delivered and started to raise their youngun'. This has been my life's work to make sure that obese pregnant women do not gain any more weight than they really need to. It's been a struggle, believe me (even those in my own specialty) to convince obstetricians that obese pregnant women do NOT need to gain any more weight. But, such is life.
Quote of the day: "If the road you're on is easy, then you're on the wrong road!"
Yesterday walking - ~9,000 steps (didn't make it to 10,000 but was pretty close)
This morning:

Take care and be safe everyone.
