I had to see an enormous number of patients yesterday and I wasn't as "good" as I could have been due to my exhausted state.
But, I got up this morning and did my exercises, hoping that today will be a better day.

Attended a Zoom meeting while sipping my breakfast shake. The meeting was as dull as a used butter knife.
Now, let's see if I can do some good for myself today.
