I prepared my garden by weeding and fertilizing the soil. Oh-vey! What a pain! Anyway, I tilled the soil and planted my tomatoes, basil and zucchini.
I cannot say I was adherent to my prescribed food intake today because I became ravenous!! I did walk over 10,000 steps today. I rode 10.1 miles on my stationary bike, did my Joannie Greggains and the 4-minute workout.
However, for me, if I don't curb my appetite, no amount of exercise seems to help me get the weight off. Well, tomorrow I will find out.
