Hi Pam,
Congrats on the move and the new home ! Took me over a week or more to recover. All my bones ached and screamed but I was physically involved with lifting heavy stuff. The first 3 or 4 days afterwards were the worst. Let me know when the new source sends you some samples and your opinions.
