It is not easy folks but I am still hangin' in there. I entered my meal plan online to track my calorie and nutrients for the day- Hoping to stay within the my plan guidelines.

I was thinking of moving my exercise bike to my bedroom so that I can workout while watching dvds but then haven't decided for sure. I can watch spinning videos on YouTube if I leave it in the family room
