However, I am not going to beat myself up about it. I tried weighing myself everyday at the beginning of August and I was SO happy with the rapid weight loss that I lost focus and started eating like a pig.
Today, I haven't weighed because I KNOW I'mm over 200 pounds now. I am just hoping that in this last week of August, I can "bring it" and stay on program for 8 days.
That's my personal challenge.
