How is it the 13th already? Time is flying but when trying to lose weight, it almost seems like a full day is eternal to complete. Why is that? I've been on/off the wagon. I am just now surviving the weekend chaos. Had a little bit of drama. All is good now but I am a stress eater and everyithing eater really. Today I have a bday dinner. I am going to try to just eat protetin (it's a BBQ) I am off to my walk. Good day! |
