I made it to 8000 steps last night. Tonight I have another acupuncture appointment but walking later in the evening.

I've always loved getting massages. I am a member at Massage Envy since 2011 so getting naked has never been a problem for me LOL But I do shy from other things and I am insecure at times. I guess we all have our level of comfort in different areas.
