People like us who have done Cambridge would all find it a breeze.
I eat around 1200 DELICIOUS calories a day in one meal. The best and fastest way is in a huge salad. 6-8 cups of greens, with 6 oz of protein, lots of veggies and delicious fatty dressings we make (or you can buy, but Amanda has come up with some great ones).
It's basically Keto and Intermittent fasting (we are good at that, right?).
The most successful way is eat in a 1 hour window this very fulfilling meal and then fast for 23 hours. Some do extended fasts which are really good for our health and healing and weight loss. I do that occasionally like 48 or more hours and then the big salad or hot meal in the framework.
It is wonderful and a new way of eating.
Amanda was featured on the cover of Women's World a few months ago.
If you want a book there is one that she published a few months ago, not necessary but I like mine.
