Happy Easter Board family! Posted by Pam T on 3/31/2018, 11:50 pm I hope you all have a lovely day, those who celebrate the holiday and those that don't. Spring is here and we all feel hopeful and ready for new beginnings this time of year, right? My husband and I went to Lowe's to buy some paint for our bedroom today. The parking lot was PACKED with people buying gardening and remodeling supplies. It was nice to see the yards in our neighborhood getting trimmed and planted and spruced up too. New beginning!!! Fresh starts!!! We can do that too. Just like the first sunny days of Spring that melt the snow and gloom away, we can start melting away the fat and either start or continue with a fresh attitude about getting healthy and slim.
