I am on a roll. I have new resolve. Yesterday was a monsoon with flooding and winds and just a mess.
Today is still another day that the good Lord has allowed me to be here on earth. So, I am going to make the best of it.
It's the middle of April. I am still undergoing physical therapy for my reconstructed ankle tendon. But, I can see that this stuff really works. More and more physicians are coming around to recommending Cambridge as a way to healthfully lose weight in a short period of time.
Have a great day!!
Glad you survived!

Hi Yvonne. So happy to hear you are making progress with your diet and your ankle. All things pointing in the right direction!
I have been flip flopping a lot lately. I woke up this morning, like you, with a new resolve. My head just hasn't been in the right place for whatever reason...doesn't matter anyway. All nothing but excuses. I can see that Andy has put back some of his lost tummy weight so that woke me up. He can't afford to let that happen any more then I can so the party in our house is over!
I just had my lunch shake...chocolate almond mocha...and I am looking forward to feeling a LOT better in a few days then I have been feeling lately. I just can't get away with any kind of nonsense! lol
I love hearing my customers tell me that their Dr's are supporting them with their Cambridge Diet. I wish it could become a standard recommendation when patients go to their physicians needing help with weight loss and all the health problems of obesity, rather then recommending surgery or potentially harmful drugs. Why not offer something proven to be safe, rapid, and affordable to the people who need it? If the goal is to encourage patients to regain their health and quality of life, weight loss is absolutely required for those who are obese.
Have a wonderfully successful day my friend! I will be slurping right along with you!
I'm glad I have a buddy. It makes the journey a bit easier.
Day 2 here...

...and when Andy got up this morning I asked him if I could fix him something for breakfast, which he usually doesn't want (he does all his eating after dinner) but he surprised me by asking if I would make him a Cambridge cake! I'm not sure if he is planning on SSing with me, that's up to him, but it would sure make it easier on me, lol! Not to mention all the money we would save.
So on to day 2 for me. I'm already feeling better. Yesterday was a "cleansing" of sorts...no need to elaborate on that.
I'm committed to a successful SS day! Glad you are in the trenches with me! (And maybe Andy)
