Sometimes I just get tired of pulling out the blender to make my mix. I do like to heat my water up in the morning to make “hot chocolate”. Adding a meal is not good for me so I’m doing straight SSing. I do so much better that way.

I have my additions like the liquid egg whites and unsweetened almond milk I use for my Cambridge baked items, but other then that I do best 100% SS. The beauty of Cambridge is that we can adapt it to our personal needs and lifestyle and still succeed. The important thing is to keep track if adding anything and have ALL you servings each day. It is good to hear you are still making progress. Are you weighing?
