Count-down 98 days!! Posted by Yvonne on 4/24/2018, 8:09 am Good morning, sunshine!! Hello, Spring!! Well another day to kick some serious butt. It's all about defeating the primal urge of "appetite". Come on, Cambridge!! That appetite urge is tremendous and no wonder people keep failing "diets". Cambridge, to me, is a "lifestyle". I just need to reject the food thing until I have it under control. I feel great, my blood tests are markedly improving and I can see that Cambridge IS the answer (if you can just stick to it). After days of gloomy stormy depressing weather, today the skies are blue, the clouds are white and fluffy, and the temp is in the low 80's. YES!! It completely changes my outlook on life! Have that extra Cambridge if you need it. It can really help in the first few days.
