Another day! 92 days on this weight loss journey Posted by Yvonne on 4/30/2018, 12:19 pm Okay, It's Monday!! New lease on life, folks. Today is still chilly up here. I just returned from my physical therapy session. I forgot my shake, but I am making it now. I hope everyone who has started today will be successful today.

Day 1 for me. I woke up at 730 am with a headache. I took 3 generic Tylenol and went back to bed until 1050 am. I still have the headache.I suppose I should weigh myself to give me a starting point. It's Super Oats for breakfast,a shake before work, and some Cambridge FFL soup for dinner. I'll report in after 11 pm tonight when I get off work. Everyone stay strong and have a great day!

It's just another number that you would need to "report". But, if you do weigh yourself, just know the scale doesn't weigh your commitment, your love and your goals. It's just a scale. I really don't think I'm leading anyone. I am just trying to get this darn weight off, once and for all. But, here I am AGAIN!! I hope your headache abates and that you have a relatively uneventful day at work, MaryL. Peace and love

I can't tell a lie-I need to know the truth about the weight. It will give me the incentive to do the right thing. I know I can't obsess about those numbers!

I always felt guilty about it, but I figured I rarely weighed the same thing from one day to the next so it wasn't accurate anyway. The fantastic thing about living in FL? NO WEIGHT ON DL! Whoohoo!

Even the ones they everyone says "If you don't bother them, they won't bother you" and two. Can you adjust the humidity to about 10%. Let me know and I will start packing.

"My Goal: To weigh what it says I do on my Driver License" Add an extra 5 pounds, then next time you weigh in, you will have already be five down from what your drivers license says. Or when you have to show it, you can say "I have lost weight since then" Ha! Own the number MaryL. Its a number. You are working on changing it. Don't let it steal your joy!!!!! You found your fur baby..... Today is a new day... You get to go get a new drivers license.

Once I get going, I become a robot. Chocolate Shake in the am. Earl Grey Tea and bar at 3 p.m., Tomato soup at 6 pm I have tried to discipline myself into these these activities each day. For the next 92 days, that's it!! I know many of my associates just fast! That's it! Fasting, no Cambridge or anything. They tell me fasting is the ultimate cleanser of one's mind and soul. I would like to think so, but I'm just hanging in there with my shakes and soups. I'm not that good (or going commando). But, you know, if they can fast, I can do Cambridge, which is a step UP from fasting with all the necessary nutrients my body needs and I don't have to worry about ruining my metabolism. When I do a chocolate shake, I will put in a dash (Ha!) of instant coffee or espresso. Sometimes to a dash of unsweetened cocoa powder, when I can feel the "Any old chocolate" won't do. Did someone say Chocoholic.........Ummmmmmmm......yes, yes I did. Ha! Have a blessed day.

In it I have my jar of instant espresso powder, my Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder, my bag of Aldi's brand splenda, baking powder, and flavorings. I also keep my ready made ziploc bag of Super Oats Spice Cake mix and my bag of pre mixed half 330 Dutch chocolate and Original Rich Chocolate (my perfect blend). This way on SSing days I don't wander around kitchen and pantry getting what I need and possibly seeing something else I'd rather eat! lol! It's all right above my coffee maker. I get up, pour my coffee, get my carton of egg whites and unsweetened vanilla almond milk from the fridge, mix up my morning Spice Cake and in 3 minutes I have breakfast ready. There's a lot to be said about convenience and routine when it comes to dieting.

I place for all your "On Track" stuff instead of opening up every cabinet and drawer. I have my cocoa, and instant coffee/espresso on a Lazy Susan. (Sorry if there are any Susan's here) I just spin and win. Hey! You could do that with a blender "Spin and Win" by losing!
