Hey, 91!! Posted by Yvonne on 5/1/2018, 3:38 pm I have been SO busy today. Writing, re-writing, researching and the like, I have forgotten to eat. Would you believe that?!! Well, I am going right to my shake now and then, I will have my newly-found Strawberry-Chocolate black tea and just-----relax for a few hours. I would have dove right into some "Munchies", i.e., party mix and said to heck with the rest of the day in the past. But, now I am seriously re-focusing on what I have to gain from this discipline (a new healthy me).
