I'm still here with 90 days on my journey Posted by Yvonne on 5/2/2018, 12:21 pm So far, so good! I just came from the dentist and my teeth are in decent shape. My tongue was all furry but my teeth are good. I hope the decrease in carbs will also help my dentition. Who knows? But, it can't hurt. Have a great day, everyone!
