Okay, let's do this Posted by Yvonne on 5/17/2018, 12:23 pm Good afternoon, everyone: Well, let me tell you, I have been stumbling a bit after Mother's Day. My mind and goals have been blurred. But someone said excuses are the denominator of failure. With that said, my daughter, Kimberly, has (for a Mother's Day gift) decided to joined me on this most difficult journey of weight loss. We are trying to be "buddies" and support each other for the next 100 days. So, I am "recalculating". Wish us luck!!

Has she maintained that? That challenge is as hard as the initial weight loss. I wish you both success and the energy and positive mindset and momentum you need to propel you both to your goals. But after that, man, it is like living in another body,. One that isn't controlled by food. You have rebooted and now have a partner. That is awesome! Everyday is a learning day, even if it is simple... Yvonne we are here. Cheering you and your daughter on! (Hugs)
