I miss our Cambridge chocolate pudding that we discontinued a couple of years ago. I'v been asking the company for many years to come up with something like the UK's Mix A Mousse powder to turn shakes in to pudding. No luck so far.
Anyway...I got some of my 330 Rich Chocolate Shake and put it in only about 1/2c unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and 2 ice cubes. I also added an individual packet of decafe instant coffee and a tsp of Hersey's Special Dark cocoa Powder. All together an additional 20 cal. I blended it in the small cup that my individual blender has and just let it go until it sounded like it was slowing down from the thickness. Guess what? I had a spoonable delicious chocolate mousse! I topped it with a T of low cal suger free whipped topping from Aldis and had the most delicious lunch.
I haven't been SSing. Just too much chaos going on right now and that stomach bug happened right in the middle of it all. I am feeling better and things are calming down so with this new treat to go to when I don't feel like a shake, I am planning on starting next week. I have a few things going on this weekend so no sense in starting now. This has me excited! Ooo! Maybe I will make my Chocolate pie recipe! Cambridge Oats crust and Chocolate mousse filling and pop in the freezer. YES!
