My daughter and I are doing well. She asked me to take a picture of my face and send it to her. She did the same and sent it to me. She told me that I would thank her for it later.
As I took the "selfie", I noticed my double chins, my fat jowls, my bulging cheeks. My daughter, on the other hand, had a nice round face (ah, youth!) Anyway, I thought I would pass that along to other Cambridge users. No scale, no numbers, no clothes fitting, just a picture of your face to be taken monthly.
We were so giddy that I impulsively made arrangements for the two of us to go to Mardi Gras in 2019!!! My daughter started to cry with happy tears.

Pictures are great for seeing what we can't see in the mirror. I strongly encourage everyone to take "before" pics. I would say go for the whole body, but that's just me. I took them for myself and seeing the progress in that first month really got me motivated to keep going. Of course, I never imagined I would one day be posting them for the world to see. But by doing that I've been able to help a lot of people that saw themselves in me.
Who knows, Yvonne. Maybe one day you will write a book about your weight loss experience! You will need those pics for the cover!
I don't think so!!

You are more courageous than I am Pam.
Those "before" photos would never see the light of day.
Book or no book.

The photo is a great idea.
I avoid having my photo taken like the plague but my all new driver's license photo said it all.
