Who likes the tonalin shakes? Posted by Emma on 5/22/2018, 10:01 pm I’m back! I’m ready to lose the remaining 20lbs. Who likes the tonalin shakes and do you feel it makes an extra difference in the weight loss?

It's thick and creamy and totally satisfying. After I have a shake I don't even think of food for four hours. (At four hours and one minute, though, I'm famished <grin>.)

He lost most of his 130 lbs on it a couple of years ago. As far as it making a noticeable difference in weight loss..no way to know really since we are already losing rapidly on the regular Cambridge. It has shown in clinical testing to increase lean tissue development and protect what you already have, so if you are trying to protect or build muscle like my 6'6" son was then this may interest you. I sell tons of Tonalin CLA. People really like it.
