So I'm posting as a new thread. Sorry I've been gone so long! I really need to get myself back on ss. Between my Dad's death and things going on here at home I've really fallen off the wagon. I can't believe how crappy I feel, health wise, as compared to when I was on sole source! And, believe it or not, I've started getting hot flashes again! They were virtually non-existent shortly after I started on sole source. So I have decided that come Monday I will start again. I hope that I will have enough product to get me through considering the move and backorder with the company. I'm hoping that they'll have stock of oats and the orange sherbet. Those are the two that I like best. Yes, I know it is funny that the orange became my favorite as it was one I hated until adding unsweetened cocoa and making it into cookies! Well, time for me to get off the computer. I'll post again after I've started to ss again. Have a great weekend!

Sometimes it seems that everything happens at once and it can be so overwhelming. I've been there and I've also ignored my health in the process. As of right now the supply of Orange Sherbet and Oats is good so there should be no problem if you need to order. Of course, due to the other flavors being temporarily unavailable, those other flavors are getting hit hard. How much do you have on hand? Monday will be a good day to begin. I will be here to cheer you on!

I have almost two full oats, most of a horchata (which I hate, but can use in a pinch to make cookies by adding unsweetened cocoa and sugar free flavorings), about a half of an eggnog, plenty of soup if needed, and a couple of servings of strawberry. So, I think I will be okay until a new order comes in. I will place my order on Monday, as they aren't open on the weekends anyway. I'm looking forward to feeling great again and losing weight in the process! Monday sole sourcing, here I come!

The fact that we can use Cambridge for phenomenal weight loss, AND dramatically improve our health and well-being while doing it, is something unique to Cambridge. I'm SSing right now to get my ankle swelling under control. When I get overly stressed and don't get enough restful sleep, I end up with bad edema in my ankles and feet. Something I've had since I had heart failure 30 yrs ago. I know a few days on Cambridge is all I need to get it all balanced out again and I sleep better too. It's wonderful stuff!
