I know we are currently without Rich Chocolate, but hopefully it will be in shortly. Once it is, I would encourage you all to try the new way I am preparing it. I had about a half a pouch left in my pantry and I decided to experiment. I took the small cup from my single serve blender, the short guy on the right..
and filled it just under half way up with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (15 cal), 2 ice cubes, a few drops of almond extract (but you can use whatever you like or none..mint would be good!) a rounded tsp of Hershey's Special Dark unsweetened cocoa powder, and a spoonful of Splenda. I blended it until the sound of the motor started slowing down and ended up with a delicious thick and creamy pudding/mousse! Oh my goodness...so good! I may try it with some instant coffee granules next time.
Anyway...as soon as it is in the warehouse, get some Rich Chocolate! Especially if you have been missing the now discontinued Chocolate Dessert Cambridge. This is better!

I remember the pudding from years ago! I will have to try this. Thanks, Pam!
Chris, I actually like this better then the pudding we had. The key is to not add too much almond milk along with the ice so it really gets thick and yummy.
Sounds good!
