Possible?? Posted by Darlah on 6/7/2018, 1:00 pm Hello! I'm back I just received my cambridge yesterday and I'm wondering if my goal is even possible? I am going on a cruise, flying out June 22. I currently weigh 146 and would like to lose 15lbs by the time I go. I will be walking 5 miles a day and doing SS and water only. Do you think this is doable? I am starting with my next meal today. Thank you

Cambridge users average 16 to 20 pounds in 30 days which is far better then other weight loss programs. Maybe just focus on doing the SS and exercise and not numbers on a scale. Allow yourself to be pleasantly surprised at the end results. There will be positive results. Best Wishes

You're right....I want to see the scale move, but measurements are important too and I think I'll see the difference in my body, if nothing else Thank you!!

If you stick to SS 100% it is possible for you to lose 15lbs in 15 days, but it will be up to your body to decide that of course. I averaged about a pound a day back when I lost my weight, but I was quit a bit heavier then you are. And that's "averaged" meaning it wasn't always a daily 1 lb drop on the scale each morning, but by the end of my first month I had dropped 32lbs. I would recommend that you put your scale away until you're packing for your trip and see how you did. Daily weighing can mess with your head. SS+water=best possible results!

I have lost 30lbs but want to get some more of this off prior to leaving! That is probably a really good idea for me to leave the scale alone. It dictates my actions for the day - so I really need to hide it and get it out on the 21st to see where I'm at You have done amazing!
