Hi, I am using Cambridge and very grateful for it in this very hot weather. I am not doing SS- I am eating cucumbers, salads, celery if I feel I want it. I received the Emotional Eating book by Paul McKenna last week ago. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong book that offers down loads. I had to reorder to get the one with the dvd / cd. I found the Havening Technique for free on YouTube so if you want to try it it's there for you. Please note you will need to do this in a place where you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 5 days. It will help relieve most of the urges to eat when emotionally upset. Here is the link below.
Re: Doing Cambridge & Havening For Emotional Eating
Interesting technique. I will be interested to hear of your (and anyone else who gives it a try) results with this. In the past I shared links to EFT which is a similar therapy in it's goal, but more complicated to do. Thanks for sharing
