107 days before my birthday Posted by Yvonne on 8/6/2018, 10:13 am Good morning, people! I'm a a little weary, but I am still here. I had a setback over the weekend with my husband which destroyed my focus. But, I am getting back on the horse and trying not to deal with disappointment by eating pizza. Today, I had my shake and am counting the days until my birthday in November. That should be a good chunk of time for me to get going. Where are MaryL and Sonali (my crew)? I hope we can help each other along this most treacherous path to good health. Have a good day, everyone.

Not too alarming Posted by Yvonne on 8/8/2018, 11:52 am, in reply to "Re: 107 days before my birthday" He now has pseudomonas in his lungs and requires another antibiotic which is not so great for his kidneys. There always seems to be something. But, I am trying to hold on.
