Starting SS today! Posted by Pam T on 8/23/2018, 1:05 pm I've been wanting to SS for a while now but there has been too many life events to complicate it. I need to get my system back on track and lose a few pounds of fluff I've gathered. I started my day with a Cambridge Oats spice cake and I am getting ready to go make a shake for my lunch.
