When I think of how many reasons you could find excuses to eat it is humbling. I was reading about your husband So sorry. My dad had a massive stroke and know it is very trying physically and emotionally. God bless.

Yes, this is a new world of dependency for my husband and he is so frustrated with people having to lift him up from the bed, turn him, wipe his butt, shave him. I know deep inside, he is furious; but what can you do. He needs to fight it and I need to be there for him. I am tired all the time with having to do double-duty (his affairs and my affairs) but there is no other alternative. I am so grateful to God that my husband is still alive and I will keep going until he is back to his old self. I just have to keep believing that.

Just make up your mind that you will end the day knowing you came through for yourself. If a friend was depending on you, I know you would not let them down. Use that same loyalty for yourself. No one deserves it more!
