Week 2? Posted by Yvonne on 9/6/2018, 8:03 am Hi, folks: I don't even know what week I am in. But I DO know that I am in ketosis and I feel GREAT!! I emptied my house of food and that was the BEST thing I could have ever done. No more cheating in the wee hours of the night. I go back to sleep. I must admit though, on Labor Day, I broke down and had a roast beef sandwich. But, the next day, I was right back on the horse. Just keep going, everyone. Keep blending, sipping, slurping and we will get there!!
