Today I am back on track to finish what I started NO MATTER WHAT.Heather Goodwin is a hero and an inspiration..She persists, makes mistakes, has relapses but always goes back on track. If you don't know who I am talking about she is on YouTube-Butterfly Effect. Heather Gooodwin,after losing 300 pounds, bless her heart, did one of her UTube videos on what I like to call a mantra....NO MATTER WHAT. I should have turned on YouTube to watch Heather last night but I didn't. Last night I was tired and achy and when I came home from work I went back to old habits. It was as if all the cares of the world melted into the tastes of the food I was indulging in. There was no one there to see me, or judge me except the dog and one of my cats. They are complicit because they share my indulgence in food and enjoy what I give them. I only give them what is healthy, but I do not look out for my own well being in the same way. The same respect and caring for my animal is not directed towards myself.
I'll have to work on this as I work the plan NO MATTER WHAT. Today is Day 4. I am determined to make it a better day NO MATTER WHAT.
