Sad that you are going to miss out on all the pumpkin spice goodies this year because you are on Cambridge? Then don't! Enjoy a delicious Cambridge Diet Rich Vanilla Shake made with a tsp of pumpkin pie spice, (more or less to taste) with 2 to 3 T of pumpkin puree (not the pie filling) and some ice. Blend until thick and frosty. The pumpkin only adds about 15 nutritious cal. This is a winner and will put you in the mood for Fall!

I have some Vanilla shake mix but I have yet to try the pumpkin.
