So, I have been trying daily to make changes... still haven't been able to stick to SS but my cheating choices have been better (I could have had a bowl of cereal last night, instead I had an apple. I could have had a handful of M&M chocolates that were in the kitchen counter, instead I had 10 almonds and walked away. I've also been walking... so, I need to step it up by not side tracking and adding yoga to my daily walks. I have now signed up for yoga classes so I have to commit. Classes start Monday so I decided to start fresh Monday. I leave tonight to Philly. Going to see Bruno Mars on Thursday night and hang out in NY/NJ for the weekend. When I return, the plan is to be VERY COMMITTED! Like MaryL, I'd like to eat until Thanksgiving... My birthday is Nov 24th, the BIG 3-5!
Wish me luck...
Have a great rest of the week and great weekend. Please don't give up.. you all are my greatest supporters... See you all Monday!
Sonali, I never thought I would feel grateful for how dull and boring my life has been until knowing you. I never had to diet around all these fabulous trips and exciting shows and events. I can't imagine how extra challenging that makes things. I really admire how disciplined you have been in the past with all you have going on. Both with your diet and your exercise. AMAZING!
With that said, well done on your choices. Even things like that give your mind the signal that things are under control and progressing. Perfection is never the target. Positive progress is.
Have a WONDERFUL time this weekend! Bruno Mars will be so fun! have a great time and we'll see you Monday
Sonali I wish you luck!I know when you make up your mind you will be unstoppable. You have made miraculous changes in the past. You have been an inspiration. Making healthy changes in what we choose to eat when we do eat is a goal we all need to have because it will help us in maintain when the point maintenance is reached. You are already doing it!!
