10,415 steps Posted by Yvonne on 9/22/2018, 1:38 pm Hi, everyone: I'm finding that if I have OTHER goals each day, it takes my mind off of my food intake. My goal of walking 10,000 steps is something new for me and I am focused on getting as close to that number each day. Plus, it's exercise. That's about it for now. Stay focused, people!!

Interesting method Posted by Pam T on 9/23/2018, 5:34 pm, in reply to "10,415 steps " I like taking the focus off of what you are (or are not) consuming and putting it on other positive goals. I think that would be very effective.
