New Journal Day 2 (Discosure For hose Not Religious)

A gal on YouTube who has a channel dedicated to her love of a certain well known high end line of handbags presented a wonderful project. It was dedicated to Psalm 20:4-"May He give you the desire of your heart and make all of your plans succeed."
With that in mind today I bought a new journal at Walmart. It's called a Faith Journal- It is pastel blue with a beautiful bird on the cover along with the words Faith , Hope, and Love.
Here is why I thought this journal would be appropriate for my weight loss journey - I need to have FAITH in the process, HOPE that I can reach my goal, and LOVE of myself enough to take care of my needs first. Every page has little words of encouragement in one of the bottom corners.
I thought I would share this with any of you who might want to invest in one of these. It is something could be helpful in a weight loss journey.
Day 1 I did OK but I wasn't perfect. Night time after 11 PM is the very worst time for me and it is where I need improvement.
Today so far I have had Cambridge FFL Super Oats black coffee and water.

I love this idea. I am all for finding a peaceful path to this journey. In fact, it was my main goal while I was losing. Weight had always had so much turmoil connected to it. Lots of negatives. I like that this gives a daily boost of positive

When we rely on food for comfort and stuff emotions down with every bite it is really really hard to all of sudden be faced with dealing with those emotions. That is why it is so important to find alternatives in how to deal with the feelings.
I have relapsed more times than I can count. Hopefully this special journal will be the thing that gets me through.
