Day 5 Posted by Mary L on 11/30/2018, 2:20 pm I didn't do as well as I would have liked on Day 4 but that is part of the process. Moving along and rising above it I am digging in my heels not budging from my plan. I haven't had anything to eat today and as soon as I close will get ready for work. We have a storm coming tomorrow. I want to buy some broth which is allowed on the SS because it is served warm and I can mix it with the Cambridge FFL soup. Everyone have a great day.

Just hot in a mug, especially now that the weather is colder, well...it's just delightful! I get the low sodium because it can be loaded otherwise, but it doesn't need all that salt. Especially when you are SSing and so much of your diet is on the sweeter side. I used it in my soups too. I'm sure you still practiced limitations today, even if you weren't strictly SS. That's progress so yes, onward and downward!
