Still sick but on the mend. Last night I completed 3 miles of walking and was so hungry that wanted a bagel with cream cheese (we have it at the house and if it's there I eat it) BUT instead I had a banana with 8 almonds and went to bed.
This morning I woke up soar (from the 4 min work out LOL) and did the work out again. I am now sipping my hibiscus tea (good for water retention) and I'll be going for a walk soon. I am not 100% SSing but I am not too hungry so something good is happening.

This 4 min workout must be one heck of a calorie burner. I lost 2 lbs yesterday and a lb the day before that. There's something magical going on here! lol!
