I couldn’t help myself Posted by Yvonne on 1/22/2019, 1:50 pm, in reply to "Yvonne!!!!!" It was the day before my husband’s surgery and I was so anxious. Once I saw those numbers, the scale is going back from where it came. That 4-minute workout is definitely working for me. Actually, it’s only 2-minutes for me. No more excuses!! 50 more pounds to go!! Yaay!!
