We were on the road the past couple of days driving up to Md to see my grandson's birth and help get their house ready. The mom's paid maternity leave didnt start until birth so they agreed to induce. It didnt take that time so they shut it off and sent her home. Her due date was today anyway so they tried again yesterday and it went perfectly! The midwife did an excellent job preventing her from having any tearing and she and baby are both in great shape

This was in a very good womens/maternity wing of a large hospital so she was in a good place. I was surprised that induction was an option, but I kept my opinion to myself, not my business to interfere, though it's HARD! lol It was a picture perfect delivery and her recovery was unlike anything I've ever seen. This girl is amazing. It's like she was never pregnant or just had a baby!
