Back from Mardi Gras!! 15 pounds heavier Posted by Yvonne on 3/20/2019, 12:24 pm Hi, Guys: Well, I had a wonderful experience at Mardi Gras. I also had an excellent conference and I also gained 15 pounds. The food is amazing. My mindset was: "This is on my bucket list and I am going to enjoy every minute of it!" And so I did. Me and my daughter had a fantastic time. Now, back to work. I have been sole (soul) sourcing since I returned and am feeling less bloated. Cambridge is a miracle worker. I just wanted to check in and let you know that I was back on the Board and hanging in there with Cambridge. I am throwing away the scale now and just focusing on Cambridge. For me it's the process, not the scale.

I watched some of the celebrating on the live earth cam. They had several views. Even more interesting was watching the massive street clean-up the next morning. Mountains of trash. Glad you are back to work. Those 15 lbs are temporary. Mostly water and stored sugars. It will come off quickly. Would you like to take my auto-ship again this month? Wholesale plus free shipping? I think last time she had you call it in, but I just emailed her to check and see if that is how she wants to do it. I'll let you now when I hear back. That picture is awesome! lol! I'm so glad you had such a wonderful time. You certainly needed a break.
