I finally took a "selfie" Posted by Pam T on 3/21/2019, 6:55 pm My daughter just cut my hair and asked me to take a picture. Since I haven't updated in several years, I thought it time to put a current image up. I am standing in front of a very sunny glass door so it's a bit washed out, but here's me.

My thighs look like they belong on an 90 yr old, but the rest of me is holding up! lol! I give credit to keeping Cambridge as part of my routine. Not only weight maintenance, but general nutrition and health. I rarely get sick, even when everyone else around me is dropping like flies. It's served me well all these years.
